During snow events, our first responsibility is to our existing snow clients. Event-only requests are added to an availability list and handled as capacity allows once priority routes are complete. Submitting this form does not guarantee service.
New snow requests cannot be accepted by phone during active storm events
Event-only requests are added on a first-come, first-served basis based on the time this form is submitted. Please submit only one request per property. Duplicate submissions may delay the request.
If service becomes available, we will contact customers in the order requests were received. Timing of contact depends on storm conditions, crew availability, and route progress, and may occur during the storm or up to several days after the event has ended.
